What TradeOn is

TradeOn is an education and analysis tool for your own trading. It helps you write rules, test them against past prices, size a position, and keep a journal.

It is NOT financial advice, and we are not a broker, dealer, fund manager or investment adviser. TradeOn does not connect to any broker account and never places, modifies or closes a trade. Every order is one you place yourself, at your own broker, on your own judgement.

Trading carries risk

Foreign exchange, metals and leveraged products carry a high risk of loss, and with leverage a loss can exceed the money you deposited. Most retail accounts lose money.

Use TradeOn only with capital you can afford to lose, and consult a licensed adviser if you need advice. Nothing the app shows — a signal, a backtest, a lot size, a score — is a recommendation to buy or sell.

Backtests are the past, not a promise

A backtest replays your rule over historical prices. It cannot account for spread and slippage as your broker will charge them, for orders that would not have filled, or for a market that behaves differently next month.

TradeOn deliberately does not pick the "best" value for a setting, because the best cell in a table of past results is usually the one fitted hardest to history that will not repeat. Treat every figure in the app as a measurement of the past, never a forecast.

Market data and the economic calendar

Prices, candles and calendar events come from third-party providers and are supplied as-is. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and the app may show clearly-labelled sample data while a real source is unavailable.

Always confirm a price, a spread and a release time with your own broker before acting. We are not liable for a decision made on data that turned out to be late or incorrect.

No account, and your data stays on your phone

TradeOn has no sign-in and no user account. Your rules, journal, settings and history live in storage on this device and nowhere else. Uninstalling the app deletes them, and we cannot recover them for you — export anything you want to keep.

Broker links — how we may earn

TradeOn can link out to brokers. Some of those links are introducing-broker (IB) links: if you open an account through one and trade, the broker may pay us a share of the spread or commission you already pay them. It costs you nothing extra, and it means we have a financial interest you should know about.

Two rules we hold ourselves to, and you can check both:

• The broker list is never ordered by what pays us. It is ordered by what the app can verify — whether the app is installed on your phone, and whether it supports MetaTrader.
• Broker links never appear inside a decision screen (signals, rules, chart, journal). They appear only where you are already choosing a broker.

We do not read your journal or count your trades anywhere in the code that handles these links. Choosing a broker is your decision; compare regulation, spreads and withdrawal terms yourself.

Pro, passes and ads

TradeOn has a free tier and an optional Pro subscription sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment; we never see or store your card details. Cancel any time in Google Play → Subscriptions; access runs to the end of the period already paid for, and Google's refund rules apply.

Some features can also be unlocked for 24 hours by watching a rewarded ad, as an alternative to paying. Ads are served by a third-party network. If an ad fails to load we do not take the unlock away from you.

Using the app fairly

Do not reverse-engineer or decompile the app, resell or sublicense it, automate it with bots or scrapers, or use it for anything unlawful. Do not abuse the feedback form or the rewarded-ad system.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including trading losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months, or USD 100, whichever is greater. Where your jurisdiction does not permit these limits, the maximum it permits applies instead.

Age

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a binding contract where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. We will try in good faith to resolve any dispute directly for 60 days before either side goes to court. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

Changes, and how to reach us

We may update these terms. A material change is announced in the app before it takes effect. If anything here is unclear, write to us from Settings → Send feedback.
