Every trader has one — buy when RSI turns up out of oversold, but not into the news. It lives in your head, and it has never been checked against a single candle of real history.
TradeOn turns that sentence into a rule, replays it over real prices with the spread deducted, tells you what it would actually have cost you, sizes the trade, and keeps the journal. One app. No account. Nothing leaves your phone.
Illustrative figures — the app computes yours from real price history.
The setup feels right because you remember the times it worked. Memory keeps the wins and quietly drops the rest.
You know you should risk 1%. Working out what that is in lots, on this pair, at this stop distance, takes longer than the setup lasts.
Because logging a trade meant a spreadsheet, a screenshot, and a column you never filled in again.
Most tools do one piece and hand you off. TradeOn keeps the loop closed, because the value is in the handoffs: a rule that fires knows the pair, the entry and the stop, so the position size is already calculated when you get there, and the journal entry is already half written.
RSI, MACD, Stochastic, moving averages, ADX, Bollinger, breakouts, volatility, 32 chart patterns and candlestick patterns, trading sessions and the economic calendar. Nest AND inside OR to write (A and B) or (C and D). Or just say it out loud and let the app draft the rule for you.
The spread comes off every trade. Results are in R, so they add up across pairs where pips don’t. You get the equity curve, the worst drawdown, the longest losing streak and the profit factor — and below ten trades it refuses to report a win rate at all, because that number means nothing yet.
Your balance and risk percentage are set once. Pull the latest price with one tap, and the position size is there — for all 30 instruments, with the pip value handled for JPY crosses and metals. Then open your broker’s app straight from the trade.
Log a trade in a few taps, or import your whole history from an MT4 or MT5 statement. Reviewing a trade redraws the chart around your entry from real candles — no screenshots to take, nothing to store. Prop-firm accounts get their own rule tracking.
Turn one number — an RSI level, a stop multiple — and TradeOn replays your whole history at every value and shows them side by side, in value order. It will not rank them, and it will not tell you which is best.
That is deliberate. The best cell in a table of past results is almost always the one fitted hardest to a stretch of history that will not repeat. The question worth answering is different: is the value you chose sitting on a plateau, or on a single lucky spike with collapse on both sides? One of those survives next month.
Run one rule on several timeframes and the signal is taken from the smallest one that sees it — a bigger timeframe repeating the same move hours later is dropped, and the app tells you how many it dropped and how late they were.
Your rules, journal, settings and history are stored on the device and nowhere else. We do not know who you are, because the app never asks.
Prices and the economic calendar are fetched from our server. Those requests carry no identifier and nothing about you or your trades.
TradeOn cannot place, change or close a trade. It can open your broker’s app with the pair already chosen — the order is always yours to place.
Describe the setup in plain words and let the app draft the rule, or pick the conditions yourself. Pick the pairs and timeframes it should watch.
Every change re-runs the backtest before you save. Tighten a threshold and you see immediately what it costs you in trades, and what it buys you in R.
When the rule matches, the pair, entry and stop are already known — so the lot size for your risk percentage is one tap away, not a separate calculator.
The journal fills in what it already knows. Later, your review redraws the chart around the entry so you can see what you actually did, not what you remember doing.
Pro removes the limits and the ads. But every limit below can also be opened for 24 hours by watching a single ad — because a wall whose only exit is a price is a wall most people simply turn around at.

No. TradeOn is an education and analysis tool — it tests your rule and shows you what it would have done. It is not financial advice, we are not a broker or an adviser, and nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy or sell. Every order is one you place yourself, at your own broker.
No, and the app says so in more places than this page does. A backtest replays your rule over past prices. It cannot model your broker’s exact spread and slippage, orders that would not have filled, or a market that behaves differently next month. Treat every figure as a measurement of the past.
No. You pick conditions from a list, or describe the setup in plain words and let the app draft it. There is no scripting language to learn.
28 forex pairs plus gold and silver — 30 instruments, on seven timeframes from M5 to W1. Crypto, stocks and indices are not covered.
Not yet. Today TradeOn tests rules against history and shows you which of yours are standing close to their conditions when you open it. Push alerts the moment a rule matches are in progress.
No, and it never asks for your broker login. It can open your broker’s app with the pair pre-selected, nothing more. If you open an account through one of our broker links we may earn a share of the spread you already pay — it costs you nothing extra, the list is never ordered by what pays us, and those links never appear inside a decision screen.
It stays on your phone. There is no account and no server copy — which also means uninstalling deletes it and we cannot recover it for you. Export anything you want to keep.
English and Vietnamese at launch, with more being added. The app’s interface is built for 21 languages; we are shipping the ones we can translate properly rather than claiming all of them on day one.
TradeOn is in final testing on Android. Leave an email and we will send exactly one message on launch day — no newsletter, no drip sequence.
One email, then we delete the address. It is not added to any list, not shared, and not used for ads.
